Full Energy Design

We will conduct a complete review of your site and objectives (environmental, aesthetic, practical, financial) and create a dedicated energy plan for your build. Our proposals are driven by building physics and the experience of our team of engineers.

Through our expert contacts, we can obtain quotes from suppliers for each element and discuss these with your main contractor before the build commences.

This work is done for a fixed fee, determined by the scope required.

Energy Srvey

Should you be interested in understanding the energy performance of your property but are not looking to conduct a wholesale renovation, this energy survey service could be perfect for you.

One of our engineers conducts a site visit to your property and assesses its construction and current heating and lighting provision. At this site visit, you will have the opportunity to discuss your property and any questions you have with our expert engineer. You can also discuss interventions suggested by our engineer, including the practical considerations surrounding the implementation of them. The site visit is followed up with a comprehensive report.

This service costs £450 + VAT.

Bespoke Energy Advice

Some of our clients have identified a technology or idea that they are interested in installing, but are not sure whether it is appropriate for their property. After all, you can’t believe everything a salesperson tells you!

In these instances, we will do a bespoke analysis of the problem and proposed solution. From this work, we can offer you independent advice which will address, amongst other things:

• whether the intervention will work!
• what risks there are in installing it and how to minimise these risks
• what the financial equation of the intervention will look like
• any pitfalls to be aware of, in particular during the installation process

This work is carried out for a fixed fee, depending on the scope of work required.
